The NAD 3130 integrated amplifier is a sought after NAD model produced in the late 80s, operating at 30W per channel with a highly regarded MM/MC phono stage and tone controls. Additionally, extra analogue inputs for CD, tuner etc. are provided to connect your sources.
The NAD 3130 is renowned for its flexible in-built tone circuits, giving you control over bass and treble frequencies, as well as a bass EQ switch to boost low end bass, providing your speakers with a little more thump when it matters. A low level switch dips the volume and loudness compensation control boosts bass and treble frequencies when listening at low volumes to produce the same performance level and response from your speakers as at louder levels.
The NAD 3130 contains an in-built MM and MC phono stage to connect your turntable directly to the amp for vinyl playback, and a pre-out to use the 3130 amplifier as a separate pre-amp, to be coupled with an external power amplifier.
Outputs for A and B speakers are provided, to connect two different sets of speakers, with a rotary knob to select the function and a headphone output on the front panel.
