Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Records must be unopened and unplayed
  • Clothing must be unworn, unused, with tags
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation is fine)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order on arrival.

If something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with details (photos where possible), and we’ll resolve it.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, return your order and place a new one once your return has been approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special orders

UK & EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If your order is delivered within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must still meet the conditions outlined above.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 working days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time
