Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it quickly.

SEALED RECORDINGS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (including vinyl records) once the seal has been broken by the customer. By breaking the seal on any record, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal for that item is lost. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before opening it.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

• Records must be unopened and unplayed
• Clothing must be unworn, unused, with tags
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation is fine)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order on arrival.

If something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with details (photos where possible), and we'll resolve it.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, return your order and place a new one once your return has been approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

• Gift cards
• Custom or special orders
• Sealed vinyl records or other audio recordings once the seal has been broken

EU & UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by:

• Using the self-serve returns portal at account.inverted-audio.store, or
• Emailing us at store@inverted-audio.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel

Exemptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed vinyl records or other audio recordings once the seal has been broken
• Gift cards
• Custom or special orders

Note: sale items are not exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
