We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
UK SHIPPING
We ship UK orders using Royal Mail's 'Tracked 24' service, meaning you receive an online tracking code so that you can keep an eye on where your package is. Packages are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. Tracked 24 includes compensation of up to £100 for loss or damage. Packages will only be shipped when all items are in-stock.
Our shipping days are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Please note that because of this, orders placed on Sunday-Tuesday will most likely be shipped on Thursday.
We offer free postage on orders over £75.00 to the UK sent via Royal Mail.*
* To qualify for free postage the order must be sent as one package. Therefore, all items must be in stock or you should be happy to wait until all items become available to ship so they can be sent as one package. Gift Vouchers do not count towards free shipping. Please note that pre-orders do not count towards free shipping as their release dates are liable to fluctuate.
EU SHIPPING
Now that the UK is no longer part of the EU, packages shipped into the EU may be liable to pay Import VAT, Customs Duty and Clearance Fees. Please be aware that these charges are not the responsibility of Inverted Audio Record Store.
We ship EU orders using Royal Mail's 'International Tracked' service, meaning you receive an online tracking code so that you can keep an eye on where your package is. The package will be delivered by your national postal service. Packages will only be shipped when all items are in-stock.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship Worldwide orders using Royal Mail's 'International Tracked' service, meaning you receive an online tracking code so that you can keep an eye on where your package is. Packages are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. Packages will only be shipped when all items are in-stock.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. Delivery details and a tracking link will be provided in your confirmation email.
UK (inc. Northern Ireland): 1 - 3 working days
Western Europe: 3 - 10 working days
Eastern Europe: 5 - 10 working days
Rest of World: 5 - 30 working days
Inverted Audio Record Store is a physical shop tucked inside Holdrons Arcade at 135A Rye Lane in Peckham, South London. Proudly known as London’s smallest record store, we offer a unique and intimate crate-digging experience.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us we will have to charge you again in order to re-send it. We will email you before any package is re-sent.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package does not arrive, we can issue a replacement package, as long as the products are available. In the UK we consider a package to be missing after 25 working days. Most international orders are considered missing after 60 working days with the exception of France, South America and Africa - packages to these destinations are considered missing after 90 working days.
Before we can issue a replacement, customers must have checked with their local depot/sorting office to see if their package is awaiting pick up or is subject to Customs Charges. If we think there is an issue with the shipping address, or that packages are being stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse future orders to these addresses.
