This opening instalment of the Borderland series sees Detroit and Berlin’s techno forebears Juan Atkins & Moritz Von Oswald in subtle dialogue rather than collision. 

On the A-side, Electric Garden (Original Mix) blossoms with warm synth layers and sleek rhythmic pulsing—restraint and atmosphere delicately entwined. The B-side's Electric Garden (Deep Jazz In The Garden Mix) reimagines the theme through a dub-inflected lens, drier and more spacious, with a ghost of live trumpet that leaves the mix hovering in midair. 

A clear statement of intent: minimal but opulent, spacious but focused—a fitting introduction to the trilogy’s immersive arc.
