German producer Florian Kupfer makes his debut on Barcelona-based imprint Urban Legend with Unmasked, a four-track EP that forges a dense, immersive world of darkwave-infused electro, industrial rhythms, and fractured noise, all laced with disorienting drone.

According to the press release, Unmasked explores the essence of the human condition, using the spider as a central motif—symbolising the tension between creation and destruction, patience and control. Much like the precision of a spider weaving its web, each track unfolds as an introspective journey, entangling the listener in complex emotional and psychological textures. The EP moves through contrasts of light and shadow, revelation and concealment, mirroring a process of self-discovery and unmasking.
