While taking inspiration from dubstep and crunked hiphop, Mantle's beats are largely subservient to spooling layers of deft electronics, as with the half-step lurch and Tapes-alike melodies of 'Theatre', or the fluid blue trickle of emotive electric current and spectral harmonics in 'Broken Slumber'.
