Format: Vinyl, 12"
Country: Canada
Released: Nov 5, 2026
Genre: Electronic
Style: Dub Techno, Experimental, Downtempo
The debut release from Montreal-based label C-World Sound — two sides of hardware-driven dub techno made over the winter in Cachou’s home studio, built from loops, echo and delay with the focus and economy of a producer entirely committed to the pursuit of simplicity as a means of depth. An attempt to push the boundaries of sound through repetition and subtle variation, to move the body and create an environment that reflects winter. It does exactly that.
1001 flocons opens the A-side with the patient, accumulative quality of snow falling — each element arriving slowly, the atmosphere thickening with every passing bar. Blizzard carries the flip with a different but equally immersive intensity, the title earned rather than stated. Two sides, two moods, one debut that announces both label and artist with quiet conviction. Recommended for fans of Pin, Kino Disk, Doo and Short Span.
