American producer Will Long joins New York-based record label Scissor and Thread with the release of 'Too Much' - a sultry solo track bolstered with remixes from label boss Francis Harris and DJ Aakmael.

Following his 'Long Trax' album trilogy in 2016 on Comatonse Recordings, with each volume accompanied with overdub versions from DJ Sprinkles, plus three 12-inches on Smalltown Supersound in 2018 - 'Too Much' is a welcome return to the vinyl format. At just one solo track, this could hint at a forthcoming album or EP.

'Too Much' continues Will Long's tried and tested deep house formula, silky smooth polyphonic synths and chugging drum work resulting in an exquisite deepness. However our pick from the EP is Francis Harris' Reform - embellished with that melancholic jazz sound that is so pertinent throughout the producer's output.
