Mysterious producer Volkan lands on Giegling's Colors series with Planet Kotti — a two-tracker that pulls in opposite directions across its two sides with the kind of quietly confident contrast that the best 12" releases make look effortless. Minimal information, maximum impact.
The A-side delivers muted yet punchy atmospheric deep house — groove-led, understated and carrying the warm, idiosyncratic sensibility that has always defined the Giegling aesthetic at its most floor-adjacent. The flip abandons that framework entirely, oversaturated and speaker-tearing ambience pushing the limits of what the format can contain — dense, overwhelming and entirely its own thing. Two sides, two worlds, one record that earns its place in the Colors series without question.
