A stripped-back snapshot from Atelier Records’ outer orbit, Wirr 1 trades obvious signposts for mood and texture.
Two cuts from Flexi explore negative space and subtle rhythmic pressure, sketching ideas that evolve in small, satisfying increments. Blendi pushes into looping hypnosis, while Adopo closes with a murkier vignette that lingers in the head well after the runout. With no track titles to frame expectations, the focus shifts to detail: grain, pulse, room tone and the way each element breathes.
It’s understated, left-of-centre gear for listeners who prize nuance over narrative and DJs who enjoy threading shadowy transitions between brighter moments. Quietly compelling and perfectly at home in the margins.
