Label: xpq? – XPQ?66
Format: Vinyl, 12", 33 ⅓ RPM
Country: Germany
Released: Jun 16, 2021
Genre: Electronic
Style: Experimental, IDM

Following the release of La Fe’s ‘Rico‘ EP in April, Special Guest DJ and D. Tiffany’s imprint XPQ? line up their second release of 2021, in the form of a 6-track EP from Canadian born, now Berlin-based producer PVAS.

Adorned with artwork designed by Special Guest DJ, plus a specially made insert (pictured below), ‘Accepting eEntropy Loss‘ is an oddball display of experimental electronics, teeming with hyper-reality.

Recorded in March 2020, the EP is said to have served as “an energy outlet for an anxious period of thinking about the internet**.” – “It consists of a mixture of machine music, and a collab with a hausgemacht (self-made) software who added some pseudo-sentient spice throughout the record by replacing and layering new sounds as they best saw fit.”
