Following the release of Priori’s album 'This but More' last year, Canadian imprint NAFF return with a two track 12" from Loidis.

Handing the reins to American producer Brian Leeds — known under a constellation of aliases including Huerco S., Pendant, and here as Loidis — NAFF present two elongated reworks that serve as deep meditative excursions into minimal house.

Rather than simply remixing, Leeds deconstructs and rebuilds the selected tracks from the inside out. The result is a pair of minimal, hypnotic workouts that expand on the emotional and sonic landscapes of the originals. With patient pacing and subtle evolution, each track teases out hidden details from Priori’s compositions, emphasising their warm low-end contours and intricate percussive frameworks.

Leeds leans into his signature ambient-dub sensibilities, infusing the reworks with a hazy atmosphere and looping structures that reward deep listening. The sound palette is refined but rich — pulses of bass and shimmering synths glide beneath a lattice of delicate rhythmic motifs. It's music for altered states: eyes closed, head down, bodies in motion.
