A bonus 12" issued alongside Stroom's LP release of NSRD's Workshop For The Restoration Of Unfelt Feelings — five tracks of Latvian avant-garde electronics that sit at the intersection of ambient, new wave, folk and experimental pop with a warmth and strangeness entirely their own. NSRD were a Riga-based collective active in the 1980s whose output has only grown in stature with time, and this limited pressing brings some of their most evocative material to vinyl with the care and attention it deserves.

The track titles alone signal the record's character — Ziemeļbriežu Pajūgā Pa Rīgas Jūras līci ("Reindeer Sled Across the Gulf of Riga") and Ņujorkas Taksometrā Pa Manhetenu ("New York Taxi Through Manhattan") sitting alongside the more minimal Neskaties and Spilvens, each one a distinct environment within a cohesive and deeply distinctive body of work.
