"Fantastic Planet" EP is a collaborative project between Japanese DJ and producer Gonno and German DJ and producer Nick Höppner, released on July 8, 2016, under the Ostgut Ton label. The EP is characterised by its blend of early '90s house and UK electronica influences, delivering bouncy, club-ready tracks.
The collaboration between Gonno and Höppner began after they met during Höppner's first visit to Tokyo in 2008. Sharing similar musical backgrounds, they developed a personal relationship that led to a spontaneous three-day studio session in Berlin during Gonno's debut at Panorama Bar.
