Gidge is a Swedish electronic music duo from Umeå, comprising Jonatan Nilsson and Ludvig Stolterman. Their work is renowned for blending ambient and techno elements with organic sounds, often inspired by the natural landscapes of northern Sweden. 

Their 2017 mini-album, LNLNN, released on Atomnation, features seven tracks that evolved from their earlier project, Lulin. Initially conceived as an ambient film soundtrack, the duo reimagined parts of Lulin into more rhythmically engaging compositions for live performances, resulting in LNLNN. 

The album is characterized by its atmospheric textures and incorporation of natural sounds. Tracks like “Eyes Open” and “White Curtains” utilize percussive elements derived from wood and metal, while “Lit” introduces garage-influenced rhythms. The standout track, “Midra,” combines steady beats with ethereal vocals, evoking the sensation of traversing a wintry landscape.
