A quietly charming release that does exactly what the title and the format promise: loose, organic and entirely unpretentious house music made with care and a clear love of the tradition.
Three variations of Obscure Funk carry the A-side and first half of the flip, each one a distinct shade of the same warm, unhurried sensibility — groove-led, melodic and comfortable in its own skin.
