Trevino's at Houghton Festival 2026

Trevino's at Houghton Festival 2026
Record Fair2 min read

Another edition of Trevino's is behind us, and what a weekend it was. As the organisers of Trevino's, we're tucked away in the yurt at Houghton Festival for three days, watching the crates get dug through, the conversations run long, and the vinyl culture we love come alive in the middle of a field in Norfolk.

To everyone who stepped through those doors — the familiar faces who've made Trevino's a fixture in their festival weekend, and the new diggers who found us for the first time — thank you. This edition was our best yet, and that's entirely down to you showing up, digging deep, and keeping the conversation going.

None of this happens without the traders who bring their selections, their knowledge, and their energy into that yurt for three days straight — no small ask in the heat we had this year. Alongside organising Trevino's, we're also proud to be one of the eight traders on the floor. Massive respect and thanks to:

Eight traders, hundreds of crates, and countless conversations about music that matter. That's what Trevino's is built on.

A big thank you also to AlphaTheta for the PLX-1000 turntables and Euphonia 4-channel rotary mixer that powered the booth and listening stations all weekend, and to the team at Wharfedale Pro for the 360° sound system that made the yurt sound as good as it looked. Sponsorship like this is what lets us build something this good in a tent in the middle of a field, and we don't take it for granted.

For anyone new to the fair, Trevino's takes its name as a tribute to Marcus Intalex, the late DJ and producer who recorded as Trevino across drum and bass, house, and techno. The name is a small nod to a huge legacy in UK electronic music, and it felt right to build a record fair around the same spirit of digging, knowledge-sharing, and community that ran through his career.

Planning for the next edition of Trevino's is already underway. Until then, thank you again to everyone who made this year's edition what it was — head over to our Instagram to relive the weekend through photos and video from Trevino's.
