Inverted Audio Record Store

Following pop-ups at record fairs in Brighton, Shoreditch, Brixton Brewery and Houghton Festival, Inverted Audio Record Store has opened its first physical location in South East London.

Curated by Tom Durston (DJ Antepop), the shop is now open in Peckham's Holdrons Arcade. It offers a hand-picked selection of new and used vinyl, cassettes, CDs and clothing from the underground labels and artists exploring the intersections of house, techno, dubbed-out grooves, the experimental and avant-garde, and esoteric ambience.

The racks draw on a deep roster of labels and imprints, including Acting Press, Warp Records, Kompakt, Dial, Tresor, Smallville Records, Ostgut Ton, Hyperdub, Echospace Detroit, Pin, The Trilogy Tapes, Ilian Tape, Perlon, Analogical Force, Emotional Response, R&S Records, Musar Recordings, Rush Hour, L.I.E.S. Records, Ghostly International, Profan, Short Span, Giegling, Scissor and Thread, Astral Industries, Night Defined, Peak Oil and Mood Hut, alongside the Basic Channel, Maurizio and Rhythm & Sound catalogues.
