Repetition becomes less about locking into a pattern than watching it slowly change, like the same view seen through moving water. Smoker's Choice finds its depth in these small shifts — dub rhythms, soft-edged electronics and acoustic inflections reaching something dreamlike but tactile, where atmosphere and groove are never quite separate.
